Did the FBI spy on the Tea Parties last week?

I expect they were there. As I expect the FBI to be at all mass political protests. So long as they aren’t provoking an incident, I don’t think there is anything illegal or wrong with them being there.
The info they are collecting would be of interest, such as crowd estimates and number of Tea Parties.
