At the Tatler, I just caught up with Bryan Preston’s remarkable post: According to Alan Dershowitz, Florida State Attorney Angela Corey, appointed by Governor Rick Scott to prosecute “White Hispanic” George Zimmerman, has called Harvard to threaten the university with a libel suit over its failure to muzzle Prof. Dershowitz, a scathing critic of her performance.

My question is: Why stop at libel? Why doesn’t she just charge Harvard and Dershowitz with second-degree murder? It’s not like lack of evidence is a big hurdle for her.
