Florida Man strikes again, this time disguised as Ohio Man:

An Ohio man faces public indecency charges after drivers spotted him apparently having sex with a pink life raft on the side of a road.

NBC affiliate WLWT in Cincinnati, Ohio, reports Edwin Tobergta was naked, and in plain view of nearby businesses and drivers.

Butler County Jail records show Tobergta was arrested in 2011 and 2013 on similar charges, both involving pool floats. The 2013 incident happened within view of a child.
