There’s reaction in France already to Tony Blair’s idea to hold a referendum on the EU constitution:

Tony Blair’s surprise plan to put the proposed European constitution to a referendum on Monday triggered concern across Europe as a senior French minister warned that it would “create difficulties” for the implementation of the new treaty.
