Well, that would certainly get their attention:

Russia should start to bomb Islamic State positions with terrorist bodies tied up to drones, said Ramzan Kadyrov, president of Russia’s restive republic of Chechnya, on his VKontakte social network page Tuesday. “I propose attaching detained terrorists to drones attacking IS positions and dropping them on their accomplices heads,” Kadyrov said.

Тhe Chechen leader said that no trials are needed to prove terrorists’ guilt. He also called on law enforcement officials to use all their resources to hunt those responsible for the attack on Kogalymavia flight 9268 over the Sinai Peninsula on Oct. 31. On Monday Kadyrov announced that nearly 500 Chechens had joined the Islamic State terrorist organization, the RIA Novosti news agency reported.

Chechens, Chechens… where are we encountered them before? Oh, yes...

In an October interview with the Rossiya 24 television channel, Kadyrov proposed canceling the death penalty moratorium in the case of terrorists, saying that it is not right to put them in jail because they start recruiting new terrorists behind bars.

And, by the way Kadyrov is a Sunni Muslim.
