There was no plan beyond that; we both knew that we would have plenty to say about the most universally beloved entertainer in perhaps the history of EVER.
Kevin and I ponder the near impossibility of any entertainer ever again getting the kind of respect and love that people the world over feel for Dolly Parton. It's not just that entertainment has changed so radically, it's mostly because Dolly was so many amazing things. Yeah, we spend most of the time just gushing.
The closing segments are still there, of course. We have become particularly fond of "Douchebag of the Week Not Named Jasmine Crockett but Still Could Be Jasmine Crockett." That might far outlive her days in the public eye.
Brokeback was really ready to be ridden after a couple of weeks off, and Rodrigo is looking to add to his responsibilities.
