Dem Congressman: Trump's 'Gone Very Clintonian'

Rep. Marc Veasey (D-TX), a member of the House Armed Services Committee, said President Trump has “gone very Clintonian and moved away from his isolationist approach that he used on the campaign trail.” Does he mean that because Trump is starting regime-changing war, or because he’s not getting a lot of preauthorization from Congress? Either way, is he demeaning Donald Trump or the Clintons?
