Vice President Joe Biden is making one thing crystal clear– that he’s leaving the possibility of running for President in 2020 on the table. He told Stephen Colbert that he will, “never say never.” And he even doubled down with this statement: “Hell, Donald Trump is going to be 74. I’ll be 77 in better shape. Who knows?”
