At Least a Dozen Top Clinton Aides Also Handled 'Top Secret' Intel on Server

Hillary Clinton may be saying publicly that she’s “100% confident the FBI email probe will fizzle,” but with every new leak that comes out, the public can see that the case for her indictment has been strengthened.

In the latest exclusive from Fox News, Catherine Herridge and Pamela K. Browne report that the “top secret” intelligence, recently found on Clinton’s server and deemed too damaging to national security to release, passed through at least a dozen of her underlings’ email accounts.

A U.S. government official close to the FBI investigation told Fox that “the accounts include not only Clinton’s but those of top aides – including Cheryl Mills, Huma Abedin, Jake Sullivan and Philippe Reines – as well as State Department Under Secretary for Management Patrick F. Kennedy and others.”

There is no public evidence they were authorized to receive the intelligence some of which was beyond Top Secret.

A second source not authorized to speak on the record said the number of accounts involved could be as high as 30 and reflects how the intelligence was broadly shared, replied to, and copied to individuals using the unsecured server.

“My contacts with former colleagues and current active duty personnel involved in sensitive programs reveal a universal feeling that the HRC issue is more serious than the general public realizes,”  Dan Maguire,  a former strategic  planner with Africom, and with 46 years combined service, told Fox.  “Most opine they would already be behind bars if they had apparently compromised sensitive information as reported.”

New York Post columnist Michael Goodwin told Fox News’ Bill Hemmer that with every new leak that comes out, additional pressure is put on the Department of Justice and the White House to indict Hillary.

“Every revelation adds to the weight in the public domain, that she should be indicted,” Goodwin said. “And if she isn’t, this raises the bar on them. It makes it a tougher hill for them to climb if they do not indict her. It must be explained to the public.”

Goodwin stated, however, that he doesn’t think the DOJ will indict Clinton. “I believe President Obama has given her the ‘all-clear.'” he said. “We heard it again this week with Jay Carney saying that he wants her to win. Well if the president basically wants her to win, and has effectively endorsed her… you would have to say that he knows something, or he has determined that she will not be indicted, because he would not be endorsing her if she were going to be indicted.”

Goodwin added that Obama is “the one who will ultimately make the decision” — not Loretta Lynch. “It’s hard to believe that Barack Obama would not put his thumb on the scale.”

Why Obama would put his thumb on the scale to help Hillary Clinton is a bit of a puzzle because the two are widely believed to disdain each other. Goodwin believes the fix is in for Hillary, but there could be something even darker going on here.

Washington Times columnist and Fox News political analyst Monica Crowley has been theorizing for months that what we’ve been witnessing between Mrs. Clinton and the president “is a very bloody but unspoken negotiation between the two of them.”

Last October on the John Batchelor Show, Crowley said, “So the FBI investigation was the president putting Clinton in a political and legal vise and then tightening the vise every so often — when he thought she was getting too haughty, or out of control, or thought that this nomination was hers for the taking,  they would ratchet up the pressure, they would start leaking what the investigators were looking at….”

Crowley is convinced that Obama and Valerie Jarrett do not want to see Hillary Clinton become the nominee and have thus been doing everything they can to “squeeze her.”

Edward Klein wrote in his book “Unlikeable: The Problem with Hillary” that Clinton angrily confronted Obama at the White House last year: “What I want for you to do is call off your f–king dogs, Barack!” she allegedly raged at Obama.

But according to Crowley, the so-called “negotiation” goes both ways because Clinton has cards to play against Obama, too. “Whether that has to do with Benghazi, or the Iranians or the Muslim Brotherhood, or the Russians, I have no idea,” Crowley mused. But if Clinton had insider knowledge destructive to Obama and decided to play that card, that would explain why Vice President Biden stayed out of the race.

Crowley said that Biden’s game plan was to avoid getting “dirtied up” in the early debates and on the campaign trail and jump in after Clinton’s campaign was taken down by the email scandal. But the Clinton campaign last fall continued on amid the constant barrage of damaging stories, because she was still maintaining her lead in the polls. That is increasingly not the case.

And now, intriguingly, the New York Times Magazine is reporting that “Biden is tanned and tested” and “ruling nothing out.”
