Sounds pretty promising; there’s no increase in grip strength, but it’s measured after 3 weeks with no training so it would be earth-shattering if there were. Need a longer study for that. Plus, this interesting tidbit: “Of note, four participants (33.3%), blinded to the intervention arm, self-reported a noticeable increase in libido while on NR. There were no such reports while on the placebo.”
