SO THE DEMOCRATS ARE SIGNING UP PEOPLE TO DO GRASSROOTS WORK in their closest swing district for 2018. That’s a good idea, and one the GOP could profitably copy.

This seems very Trumpian — win the swing districts, and make the Democrats pay for it!
