USA TODAY: “Parts of official Washington are transfixed by Sen. Rand Paul’s filibuster of John Brennan’s nomination as CIA director.” Judging by Twitter, so are a lot of other people. And it’s now gone bipartisan with Democrat Ron Wyden joining Paul, Mike Lee, Ted Cruz, Marco Rubio, Jerry Moran et al. With Cruz and Rubio involved, the filibuster now has all the Senate’s non-disgraced Hispanic members. . . .
