On August 20, I again attended a book panel discussion at Logos Bookstore, one of the last independent bookstores in Manhattan on the Upper East Side.
The book discussed was
by podcaster and journalist Ian Trottier, who alleges that former President Barack Obama’s Homeland Security Advisor and later CIA Director, John Brennan, allegedly had prior warning of domestic terrorist attacks such as the Boston Marathon bombing, and may have even financially benefited from the tragedies.Douglas Dechert, a former New York Post investigative reporter who was the book's research analyst, hosted the event,
The small space at the back of the bookstore was packed with speakers, tech staff, and Dechert's guests.
Dechert's main panel guests were security expert John Donovan; former CIA officer and whistleblower John Kiriakou; and Gavin McInnes, founder of the Proud Boys.
Roger Stone, who wrote the book's foreword, stating that Brennan orchestrated the Russian Collusion Hoax, told the author that he could not make an appearance, citing safety concerns in the politically liberal neighborhood of the Upper East Side.
Left-wing English author and artist Anthony Haden-Guest engaged in a spirited Q&A exchange with Dechert on the subject of the Deep State, of which he was apparently unaware.
Dechert opened the panel discussion with a synopsis of the book and condemned the Deep State executive's "criminal" and "blood stained" legacy with a hard-hitting diatribe.
"While it's a given that statist propaganda mills like the NYT and the WaPo have spiked any coverage of Brennan's bloody murders, I'm shocked that thus far no objective big brand media outlet has seen fit to comment on any of the newly documented charges in High Stakes Treason,” Dechert told PJ Media.
"During my years as a reporter in the '90s, there was a mandate to inform the public about the crimes of establishment tyrants and figureheads and a competitive race to be the first paper to publish the stories," he continued.
The former New York Post reporter's own investigative research has aroused the CIA's institutional ire, after years of his relentless criticism of its history of incompetence.
"Now, what I'm hearing from every media decisionmaker I know is 'the defamation liability lawyers say we can't reference any of the allegations in your book,' even though reporting on a published statement has always been a shield against defamation suits in the past...in my professional experience," Dechert said.
After Dechert's narrative, McInnes said to the visibly bemused audience, "The information in this book is so disgusting that it makes me want Brennan tried for murder and if found guilty, he deserves a public execution."
Kiriakou described his firsthand experience working with Brennan at the CIA in the '80s through the 2000s and gave several examples of his former colleague's incompetent and suspect behavior.
The former CIA operative started working with Brennan when the latter was an obscure cubicle-dwelling paper pusher.
“He was a G-14 nobody when I met him and we were working for a woman named Martha Kessler, who was one of the country’s leading experts on Syria. Martha was a very serious intellectual and she wrote a book called Syria: Fragile Mosaic of Power, which was literally mandatory for everyone joining the office,” said Kiriakou.
“John was her deputy; she inherited him -- she didn’t choose John. And finally around Christmas of 1994, John went to Martha and said: ‘Martha, I’ve been the No. 2 in this group for five years now and think I’m ready for the senior intelligence service and I want your blessing for a promotion to the senior service and a major assignment in a position of authority.'"
“Martha responded to Brennan: ‘Not only will you never be a member of the senior intelligence service, I don’t even want you as my deputy. You’re fired,’” recalled Kiriakou.
Somehow, after being terminated, Brennan hooked up with George Tenet and got politically promoted to high positions of power within the U.S. intelligence community.
Kiriakou said that Brennan was able to then leverage his newfound influence to become Riyadh station chief in Saudi Arabia.
The former CIA agent also alleged that Brennan allowed four of the 9/11 terrorists to enter the country as the CIA Station Chief in Saudi Arabia. This aligns with what Roger Stone mentions in his foreword, that (Brennan) "approved the visas of four of the Saudis who were among the nineteen hijackers accused of striking America on 9/11."
He also claimed that there were rumors amongst fellow American intelligence officers that Brennan converted to radical Sunni Islam while stationed in Riyadh.
After Kiriakou's presentation, Donovan gave an in-depth exploration of the chance discoveries that led him to piece together Brennan's intricate coverups of the mass shooting by Anders Breivik in Norway and the Boston Marathon bombing, as well as his multiple felony adulterations of the White House Visitors' logs.

Director of National Intelligence Tulsi Gabbard recently declassified a long-buried House Permanent Select Committee on Intelligence (HPSCI) report, which exposed how Brennan was involved in plotting the "Russiagate" conspiracy hoax against President Donald Trump.
In July, CIA Director John Ratcliffe referred Brennan for criminal investigation to the FBI and President Trump has said that he has no problem putting Brennan, along with the disgraced former FBI Director James Comey, behind bars for conspiring to undermine his presidency during his first term.
