With a name like Krystal Ball, you’d think you’d get someone who can, you know, see things.
Today, on her MSNBC show, Ball got pranked by a man with an identifiable East Coast accent claiming to have been an eye witness to the Ukraine airplane shootdown.
The accent should have been Ball’s first clue that the caller was bogus. The caller blaming the crash on “a blast of wind from Howard Stern’s a**” should’ve been the second. The man calling Ball stupid, more or less, should have been her third.
Nope.
Exit question: When does vox.com announce that they’re hiring Krystal Ball to write their explanatory journalism on how callers get screened for low-rated cable tv shows?
