You'll Be Thrilled to Hear that President Obama is Set to Deliver Yet Another 'Pass This Bill!' Speech

Well, for once The One has done his homework. He’s handing it in late, but at least he did it. Sort of — he punted all the hard choices over to the Congressional super committee on the deficit.

A White House official says President Barack Obama will send Congress his new $447 billion jobs bill Monday and speak in the Rose Garden to call for swift passage.

And today, we get yet another speech. This time, he’ll use some new faces as props. I guess Congress was busy.

Teachers, police officers, firefighters and others will join the president in the Rose Garden to call for passage, according to the official, who spoke on condition of anonymity ahead of the president’s remarks.

Nice touch. But growing government is easy. Let’s see him do something to get government out of the way of the private sector.

And what will Obama say today, that he hasn’t already said?
