New York Governor Kathy Hochul appears hijabed at Bronx Islamic Cultural Center School
In a recent appearance at the Bronx Islamic Cultural Center School to lecture the peasants about Diversity™ or whatever, New York Governor Kathy Hochul appeared sporting a hijab, as Mohammed (Peace Be Upon Him) commands of all unclean women in the presence of Allah.

New York Governor Kathy Hochul drew criticism after she gave a speech at a Queens Islamic center wearing a traditional headscarf.
The liberal governor previously feuded with Ted Cruz last year when she wore the covering to the funeral of murdered NYPD officer Didarul Islam.
On Friday, she appeared at the Islamic Cultural Center of New York in Queens for its weekly Jummah prayer service.
Hochul donned the black headscarf and a charcoal gray suit in a video clip shared to social media.
She is seen thanking the United Nations' representative for Kuwait, Tareq Albanai, whom Hochul referred to as 'his excellency.'
The governor also thanked Albanai for allowing her to 'be part of the family' by inviting her to the center.

This spectacle probably has a lot to do with the fact that she’s only four points ahead of her GOP opponent in the governor’s race, Bruce Blakeman.
If sacrificing her dignity (such that it exists) and her self-professed feminist bona fides is what she has to do to close that gap, well, Kathy didn’t climb her way to the top of the pyramid by holding fast to her integrity.
She’s come this far; what’s a little more shameless pandering?

After getting a look at that homely face, the Muslims present, purely for their own psychological comfort, surely regretted not putting her in the full-on Taliban-style Burqa.
I have often wondered how courtship works in practice in ultra-conservative regions of places like Afghanistan, Saudi Arabia, etc., in which no non-related man is ever able to glimpse the face, much less the body, of a potential bride.
The women can’t even talk in public; that’s haram too, so vetting the personality is off the table as well.
How can a humble poppy farmer kick the tires, as it were, when he can’t make even the most cursory examination?
One likes to be able to give the avocado a nice little squeeze in the market to test its ripeness before committing to the purchase, right?

Imagine, as a humble poppy farmer supplying the global heroin trade somewhere in Waziristan, you save up all of your poppy revenue for years and years to buy a high-quality bride.
After finding one on the local equivalent of Craigslist that looks like it might work, to vet the product, you send your sister in your place.
But maybe your sister has got some cataracts or whatever, which you can’t afford to fix, rendering her an unreliable narrator.
Nonetheless, your sister assures you the potential bride is lovely.
So, without anything else to go on, you make the deal, take her home, pop the proverbial hood, and out comes Kathy Hochul’s grimacing, saccharine smile staring back at you like some kind of anthropomorphic horse on PCP.
Realizing you’ve made a huge mistake, after recovering from the initial fright, you take the product back to the vendor to try and negotiate a refund, or at least swap it out for something better.
No refunds.
So now you’re stuck with the lemon, whom you decide to keep out in the shed on a little mat of hay until you can figure out how to get the local Sharia council to grant your divorce and hopefully, somehow, recoup some of your investment so it's not a total loss.
