Dr. Steven J. Allen, J.D., Ph.D., is a senior editor at Capital Research Center in Washington, D.C. He previously served as press secretary to U.S. Sen. Jeremiah Denton (R-Alabama), editor of Tea Party Review magazine, and senior researcher for Newt Gingrich 2012. His doctoral degree, in Biodefense, is from the College of Science at George Mason University.
