Run, Joe, Run!

September 3rd, 2014 - 2:03 pm

MATH

And he’s off:

Vice President Joe Biden said Wednesday that the United States will follow militant group ISIS “to the gates of Hell.”

“The American people are so much stronger, so much more resolved than any enemy can fully understand,” Biden said in the wake of the killing of a second American journalist by the extremist group. “As a nation we are united and when people harm Americans we don’t retreat, we don’t forget.”

“We take care of those who are grieving and when that’s finished, they should know we will follow them to the gates of Hell until they are brought to justice because Hell is where they will reside,” he said.

There’s a fun bit of math I did a while back, but it’s still worth sharing. Take Biden’s age in 2016, when he’s expected to run for President, and add it to Hillary’s age that year. Subtract the sum from 2016, and you get 1875 — the midd of the second presidential term of Ulysses S. Grant, Civil War hero.

Party of youth, party on.

In his clownish, buffoonish, blustering, bellowing, bombastic sort of way, he's more likable than Hillary. But the Clintons will never permit him to run, unless they simply want someone to show up so it can look like Hillary at least made an effort for the nomination.

Well, just the other day he was rambling about 'taking back America'-- from the Obama Administration. Go for it, Joe. The country needs another Dukakis as a warning from history.

We'll have Obama draw a red line right on the border.
