DC Needs to Outlaw Unintended Consequences

Stimulus spending to help provide broadband internet access is bankrupting internet access providers.
Stimulus spending to help provide broadband internet access is bankrupting internet access providers.
But how else is the government going to get net neutrality firmly in place without aggrieved ISPs complaining about the telcos and wireless companies?
There are too many unintended consequences for these to be unintentional.
