There’s nothing wrong with the occasional vegetarian meal, provided you know how to do it right.
And by “right,” of course, I mean, “with lots and lots of butter.”
Although, if you’re going to douse it in an animal product anyway, you might as well wrap it in bacon.

A very healthy and tasty oil is raw, cold centrifuge-extracted coconut oil. So yummy and good for you too (but, I have to admit some things just can’t replace buttah)!
