The ACORN Doesn’t Fall Far From the Tree

“Chutzpah” now has a legal definition. Read:
ACORN filed suit today in Maryland against conservative filmmakers James O’Keefe, Hannah Giles and conservative Web site Breitbart.com for secretly taping the organization’s employees at its Baltimore office.
In the complaint, ACORN alleges that the filmmakers entered into the organization’s offices in July with a “hidden camera and microphone” and taped employees Tonja Thompson and Shera Williams. Both employees are listed as plaintiffs on the complaint, filed in the Circuit Court for Baltimore City.
ACORN is seeking $500,000 for each employee and $1 million for the organization in damages.
Come to think of it, chutzpah is another word for “audacity.”

ACORN’s top officials are apparently stark raving crazy. Are they not aware of the discovery process? It is my understanding that the lawyers representing James O’Keefe and Hannah Giles now have the legal right to ask a lot of embarrassing questions.
Anybody else notice that the media has invented the category ‘conservative filmmaker’ that contains two people now?
I don’t recall even Michael Moore being categorized as a ‘liberal filmmaker’ in the news.
If acorn wasn’t legally entitled to work in Maryland, how could they sue in Maryland. Can’t the film makers sue acorn for illegally providing services in Maryland? Oh the tangled web the nuts weave. mpw

Shouldn’t that be ex-employees?
Since those women were fired by their co-plaintiff?
ACORN is suing on behalf of the two employees who suffered “extreme emotional distress”.
Of course, being FIRED would probably contribute to that.
Are ACORN’s lawyers defining the suit so that discovery is limited to the tapes that have already been shown? The minute ACORN hinted they’d sue, a million bloggers yelled “Discovery!” You’d think their legal counsel would know . . . ? But this organization has stunned me in other ways. Maybe they’re as stupid as they are wicked.
By the way, can an illegal organization sue? Illegal aliens can.
Weren’t they just saying they were playing along with the joke?
How can you sue when you’re in on the gag?
So which is it, were they in on it or not?
That’s the first of many questions they’re going to be asked that they don’t want to answer.
Here in the Baltimore area, we call that the “Audacity of Dope.”

I will pray that acorn LOSES the suit. This has NOTHING do with “recording” laws being broken. This has to do with the simple fact that acorn was CAUGHT and EXPOSED for the liars that they are and what do liars do as usual? They RAIL. Liar spelled backwards is Rail.
That’s all fine for the NWO freaks installing cameras on street poles everywhere and them wanting to vaccinate people with RFID chips and never mind the people screaming violation and privacy. But when the same recording tactics are used on the freaks, they make a big circus out of it and cry wolf.

So the criminal enterprise ACORN is suing because two people exposed it as a criminal enterprise that helps people avoid tax laws when they set up brothels staffed with underaged girls?
Does ACORN really want that meme to continue? I’m fine with continuing the meme that ACORN is an underage prostitute enabling criminal enterprise.
