Your site meter says you just capped 2m views? correct?
That’s correct, Frank.
I wasn’t expecting to top the two million mark until sometime next week, but the Nick Berg story has generated an awful lot of traffic.
Big Media has been catering to the “vocal minority” for so long they they have forgotten that the “silent majority” pays the bills. Think they’ll wake up before it’s too late? I don’t.
There was an article a few days back that demonstrated how video games and online gaming were eating away at audience share. Apparently, people are more interested in Hrothgar gaining levels than if Joey and Rachel get back together.
Will the good writers and producers shift towards video games away from television, or at least video game/movie product hybrids?
The media will eventually catch up when things slow down. Every day I hear experts saying the things I said weeks or months ago.
Passion of the Berg
I call on all bloggers with the good sense to call Gibson as a sensational propagandist to make the same call on the filmers of Nick Berg’s tragic execution. Don’t Host It.
Where’s the outrage?
Why is the liklihood that people are going out of their way to watch the life taken from a 26 year old man not worthy of examination and outrage, while the refusal of networks to air the video is?
