Michael, you should remind employees that the word “deadline” comes from the term for a line drawn around the inside of a prison wall — if a prisoner crossed the line, he was shot dead. The gun-in-every-drawer scheme should help bring back the original meaning of deadlines.
what if your a minimalist and have few drawers- how about just hanging guns on pieces of string from the ceiling. then you dont even have to open a drawer.
