   Peggy Noonan, bless her heart, has been sounding subtly weirder and weirder over the past two years or so. I wouldn’t be surprised if she’s on some medication.

   I’m not buying it. I grew up the son of the original Man in the Gray Flannel Suit, which meant, among other things, mixing the drinks at the parties starting when I was just tall enough to see over the counter. Yes, these people drank, and I even saw a pill get gulped here and there, but that’s not anywhere near the same level as the partying my generation grew up doing.
