Video Montage: The IRS Gets an Exemption...from Adoring Democrats

Democrats spent much of today’s IRS scandal hearing not asking where the “lost” emails went or how the agency intends to clean up its act. Democrats spent the hearing praising the IRS and suggesting that the “lost” emails really aren’t a problem.

Democrat after Democrat praises the IRS and its commissioner, suggesting that the agency that spends $11 billion annually needs even more money. Several say that the investigation into the targeting of conservative groups, and the “lost” emails, isn’t even a serious investigation. The majority of the American people disagree.

Democrats should run with that in the mid-terms. It’s a sure winner with the voters…right?
