Shall we round up the usual YouTube suspects again, Sir Edmund Hillary Clinton?
The Al Qaeda-linked raiders who are still occupying part of an Algerian gas plant offered to trade a pair of American hostages Friday for the mastermind of the 1993 World Trade Center bombing and another jailed terrorist.
The captives being offered in exchange for blind Sheik Omar Abdel Rahman and the other Islamic fanatic were not identified.
But the report by the Mauritian news site ANI, which has been in almost constant contact with the terrorists, cast more doubt on Algerian claims that the crisis was nearing a conclusion and that most of the workers at the In Amenas plant had been rescued.
And it drew an immediate condemnation from U.S. Defense Secretary Leon Panetta, who warned there would be “no place to hide” for anyone who threatens Americans.
Well, that’s because they don’t have to hide. One of the scum who is believed to have masterminded the 9-11-12 attack in Libya that killed four Americans isn’t even hiding his love of decadent Western fruity frappes. Another just got released. So yeah, there’s no place to hide. Except, at this point, the entire planet. To date, the Obama government has not retaliated against anyone anywhere for the Benghazi attack.
By the way, for those keeping score at home, demands to release the blind sheik also turned up in the Cairo protests that preceded the Libya attack last September. These jihadists are quite offended that we infidels are holding him in jail for his crimes. They’re going to keep on attacking and hostage-taking until we release him, or he dies. I know which fate I’d prefer. It’s unsettling that it’s hard to say which one our current government would prefer.
Sure, send him back. One piece for each hostage.
I think Mr. Preston has gone beyond the pale in besmirching the great Sir Edmund Hillary by connecting it to the the current secretary of state.
Sir Edmund would not have left anyone to die alone on a mountain if there was anything he could have done to prevent it.

Why bother taking hostages?
I’ll bet if the blind Sheik wrote a column for the NYT calling for gun control, he’d be released immediately.
Perhaps we should consider a new policy? Terrorists get summary execution after receiving a military tribunal. This way, there will be no hostage-taking to get them released. Besides, it’s the proper treatment of those who fight while not in uniform, and for spies and saboteurs. Maybe that’s why they devised these procedures in the first place?
These guys need to be told the blind sheik is liable to have an accident slipping on bacon fat if any harm comes to the hostages….best part would be if it actually happened.

Benghazi Part 2? At least they remembered to take some of their hostages alive this time. Really, our State department needs to do a better job of “hiring out” their wag the dog productions – once again, they botched it.
If these murders were performed at the behest and on behalf of this person, then we should execute him.
Personnaly, I rather like the method employed by the Russians when they got rid of the “Pretender Dimitri”. Especially the part where they loaded his ashes into a cannon and fired them back towards Poland.
