And to not pay Congress any mind?

Without debt ceilings of any kind?

Lets see now! The President did what he was suposed to do on February 4th. If only the congress could accomplish their responsiblity according to constitutional mandate and congressional rules of process. But noooooo! They can’t and go running over to the executive to have the President broker their dysfunction…and then chuck stones at the one they ran to for help do their jobs. What did the House leadership think? Obama was going to read through the Ryan plan or the CCB and issue him a congresssional medal of excellence or something? What! Were they clueless what an Obama plan would read like?
Says far more for a dysfunctional congress than it say about Obama!
Could be subtitled. “It’s great to be a bum”
Well, he’s already a dick… and the “tater” part certainly describes his mental faculties. Let’s just christen him “Dick the Tater Head” and leave it at that.
