Holder DOJ fights Arizona’s efforts to prevent illegal alien voting
The Civil Rights Division of the Justice Department filed a brief opposing Arizona’s law to verify that only citizens are registering to vote. UPI:
“First, the Obama administration fails to do its job on the border. Then it sues Arizona to prevent us from helping to fight illegal immigration. Then it tries to create a false sense of complacency by arguing that the border is safe, when it isn’t,” Arizona Attorney General Tom Horne said in a statement. “Now it argues that persons should be able to register to vote without providing adequate information enabling verification of citizenship, thus enabling illegal aliens to register to vote. This is contrary to the interests of the people of the United States of America.”
The attorney who filed the brief opposing Arizona’s citizenship verification law is Erin Flynn. Flynn’s legal career has pushed the far frontiers of the law to the left. She was the Project Manager of Penn Law School “Reproductive Rights Clinic, Judicial Bypass Project.” This was an effort to help children obtain abortions without parental consent. She also authored a brief while at DOJ in Doe v. Lower Merion Sch. Dist. (Case No. 10-3824 3d Cir.) arguing that school assignment plans that rely on racial classifications to promote “diversity” and “avoid racial isolation” do not demand strict scrutiny. In other words, classifying students based on race was essentially fine. This position is directly contrary to Supreme Court precedent. Not surprisingly, the DOJ was helping the ACLU in this case. When the Justice Department turned over Flynn’s resume to Pajamas Media, her activities at Yale University are conspicuously redacted, as well as her “interests.”
Holder knows that is Treason against these United States, but as a good CFR North American Union agent, he is doing his duty helping the illegal aliens get on the government plantation, and vote for more government plantation.
This is surreal. If I go to Canada, or France, or Switzerland during an election cycle, can I vote? If I am there on a work or student visa, can I vote? If I am not a citizen of Mexico, and I live there during elections, can I vote? The answer to all of the above is a resounding “NO”.
Here’s the solution. Sign up all non-citizens, illegal or otherwise, as Republicans. Think the policies might change then

Every Non-representative including obama and holder are not upholding the oath of office! they swore to defend the Constitution! If these clowns were to do their job, this would all be a Moot point!

Because AZ is the only major gateway into the US that is fighting the invasion, and the DOJ/DHS/WH dereliction of duty tooth and nail. If DOJ/DHS/WH is successful in squashing AZ’s efforts, they know that they have gotten their de facto immigration “reform” cum amnesty. A de jure solution will then be moot.
Obama IS messing with Texas. He has shut down NASA (in Clear Lake, TX). He has stopped issuing permits for drilling in the GOM. He has ordered any illegal alien to be sent to Texas. He has failed to secure the border (TX-MX is the longest in the USA).
Obama and Holder plan to “legalize” illegals just in time for the 2012 elections. After the election, they don’t care if their scam is overturned in the courts; it will be too late.
I just read today that Obama thinks Arizona may be in play in the next election. I imagine that is only if the illegals can vote. We have to show id at the poles in AZ – have for a couple of elections now. I can’t imagine a Obama victory here without the illegals.
It’s more dirty politics by the Democrats. They aren’t even trying to hide their tricks anymore.
Meanwhile, in Mexico it is forbidden for a (legal) non-citizen even to speak on political matters, on pain of fine and deportation.
