Backward ran the Photoshops until reeled the mind — where it all ends, knows 2012.

Would President Reagan have approved of Barack Obama’s policies? Of course not. But that hasn’t stopped Time magazine from Photoshopping the Gipper next to Obama to help the latter man continue to triangulate his presidency — at least rhetorically — slightly to the right. And as I note in my post exploring why Time created this cover, it’s not exactly as though the magazine approved of Reagan while he was in office.

Incidentally, question for Time: Would Henry Luce [Heart] Obama if he were still around?
