Headlines tell you something – or maybe everything – about the bias of a supposedly-neutral polling company. That latest from Gallup is Obama Approval on Terrorism Up to 49%. The subhead (in barely readable dim grey), however, is: “Ratings on economy, healthcare sink to new lows”. Two out of three are going down – in one case, health care, to a scarily low 37% – yet Gallup trumpets the one “victory,” which is still under 50% (and down by 6% since March). The economy is at a 40% approval (down a whopping 19% since March).

This is headline writing as propaganda, pure and simple. Nevertheless, the Rasmussen poll is the one under attack for bias. Well, that’s the American media. (And Gallup, evidently.)

The irony is that Gallup’s overall polling results are awful. The Obama administration cannot be pleased. Once anyone gets past the headline—the rest of the story is a searing indictment of his feckless leadership. If the Gallup organization is a friend of Obama—the president does not need any enemies.

I went to http://www.gallup.com/poll/125033/Obama-Approval-Terrorism-Up-49.aspx” rel=”nofollow”>Gallup and looked at the results, and it is amazing how different the actual results are from the way they try to spin the results. Maybe they are trying to make nice with the Obama people after they got slapped for showing Obama under 50%.

What is even more strange is that the fanatic personality believes they are strictly fair. They would not accept that they are showing any bias at all.

Make nice? MSNBC never stopped. Tonight Brian Williams said Americans would be proud of the help Obama is sending Haiti — once they could show it. NBC anchors get out of the way and go home!
