One of the more depressing stories for those of us who favor democracy in Iran is that the films of Michael Moore have been making their way into that country and evidently having an influence. Moore is just the emboidiment of loathsomeness. I actually cringe whenever I see his photo. He will reap what he sows; may he repent or know no peace.

In a way, Michael Moore is today what John Kerry was in his anti-war days: an America-hater who acts on that hate by trashing America, helping overseas enemies and himself at the same time.
Kerry caused the world to believe that we fight wars with unchecked atrocities, a lie that persists to this day and is believed by Europeans and our own lefties. Kerry was rewarded with the publicity he needed to run for the Senate.
Michael Moore spread all sorts of lies about the US, and he has been rewarded by becoming filthy rich.
Bush could actually make great mileage out of this by asking a simple question, “Could a film like this be produced in your country, attacking your leader?” From what I’ve heard, people are asking that question already. Bring it out in the open.
