BEING BREITBART: Reader Steve Eimers, as I noted this morning, ran this local ad during Rush Limbaugh’s show. He reports:

Massive response from my Rush Limbaugh ad. It is already paid for! Even got my first new civility call.

‘Feel the pain a—–‘ ‘You all will get what’s coming to you.’

Guess I better put the hollow points in the Glock!

Meh, they’re still spewing hate at Andrew Breitbart, and he’s dead. But, dude, you should have already had hollow points in the Glock. It’s just good homeownership practice. Oh, and although you heard of Eimers here first, Politico has now caught up.

Meanwhile, reader Mark Asadoorian writes:

Just to keep the ball rolling; Cancelled HBO, bought a new Toyota pick up instead of a Ford (my usual choice), sent emails supporting Rush and condemning their decision to pull ads from his show to various advertisers whose products I use expressing my decision to switch until they come to their senses. A lone voice in the wilderness I know, but every little bit helps.

Give your business to people you want to see flourish. Let the ones you don’t like wither on the vine. If enough people do that, the media ecology will change dramatically.

UPDATE: Reader Justin Lipner says it’s already happening.
