#Resistance Creep Slanders Eric Bolling's Son

I don’t know Eric Bolling, and we probably don’t agree on much these days. But I was sad to hear about his son’s death in 2017. I can’t imagine what it’s been like for him and his family. And I can’t imagine what I’d do if a complete stranger walked up to me and said what you’re about to hear.

Imagine being so blinded by hate that you’d say something like that to a man’s face. Bolling handled it a lot better than I would have.

It’s not about politics. You don’t have to agree with Bolling about the issues of the day, or Trump, or anything else. But no matter how much you disagree with somebody you see on TV, no matter how angry he makes you, he’s still a human being.

“But Trump insults people all the time. Even dead people!” Yeah, he does, and that’s one of the things I don’t like about him. (I agree with Roger L. Simon that Trump should just leave John McCain alone.) It’s still no excuse.

I refuse to jump on the Trump Train, but the #Resistance is even worse. They think it’s okay to scream at somebody in a restaurant for voting against their wishes. They think it’s okay to gather a mob outside a man’s home and bang on his door and terrify his wife. They think it’s okay to try to ruin a kid’s life just for wearing a MAGA hat. And now they even think it’s okay to taunt a grieving father about his dead son, just because he supports a president they hate. They’re out of control.

All they have to do to start winning people over is to be less crazy and mean than Trump. And they just can’t do it.
