U KY settled religious discrimination suit

The University of Kentucky has settled a religious discrimination suit with astronomer Martin Gaskel, who had accused Kentucky of refusing to hire him because he was “potentially Evangelical.”

Gaskell has accepted a position at the University of Valparaiso in Chile, where presumably religious freedom includes the freedom to be religious.
