Last night Eric Holder tried to make news where there was none. Holder announced that a “civil rights investigation” will be opened in the death of Eric Garner on Staten Island, New York. I was on Lou Dobbs tonight explaining how this announcement is not news, and is actually part of a narrative driven by the Left. Mainstream media will, naturally, treat the announcement as major news. In fact, a federal review is opened in every single case where police officer action results in a death.
