The Washington Free Beacon reports. I have no idea whom to believe.

Iran and Western nations including the United States came to an agreement on the framework for an interim deal late Saturday night in Geneva. The deal has yet to be implemented

The White House released a multi-page fact sheet containing details of the draft agreement shortly after the deal was announced.

However, Iranian foreign ministry official on Tuesday rejected the White House’s version of the deal as “invalid” and accused Washington of releasing a factually inaccurate primer that misleads the American public.

“What has been released by the website of the White House as a fact sheet is a one-sided interpretation of the agreed text in Geneva and some of the explanations and words in the sheet contradict the text of the Joint Plan of Action, and this fact sheet has unfortunately been translated and released in the name of the Geneva agreement by certain media, which is not true,” Foreign Ministry Spokeswoman Marziyeh Afkhamtold the Iranian press on Tuesday.

Afkham and officials said that the White House has “modified” key details of the deal and released their own version of the agreement.

Iran’s right to enrich uranium, the key component in a nuclear weapon, is fully recognized under the draft released by Tehran.

If the U.S. administration was of a hawkish bent, then Iran should pray that it doesn’t alter the deal further. But this administration is not hawkish and was so desperate for a deal that it claimed it had one before Iran had even agreed to anything. Then, the Obama administration trumpeted a deal that’s really more of a deal to make a deal, and the deal to be made isn’t a good one for the United States or for our allies. The Obama administration also has developed a reputation for lying about everything, because it lies about everything, with such a casual air that it’s disturbing.

On the other hand, Iran must know that it has Jean Francois right where they want him. Up to now his chief claims to fame have been smearing American troops, marrying for money and getting himself elected from Massachusetts every time he wants. The deal with Iran would be a legacy-builder for the long-faced former senator who looks like a muppet. The Iranians must know they have Obama where they want him too — weakened after Syria, weakened again after Obamacare, so desperate to deal that Iran could publicly truck a nuke into Tel Aviv at the head of a parade and he would still call for negotiations while blaming Bush.

But on the gripping hand, the Iranians are terrorists who lie all the time, when they’re not honestly threatening to blow up the world.

It’s just possible that incompetence can explain some of this. This is the administration that totally botched Russia, has stupidly stiffed the UK, and is generally populated with idiot ideologues better suited for faculty lounges than edgy international diplomacy. They have their theories, and whatever reality may throw their way, they’re sticking to them.

So incompetence is possible. But lying remains a viable option.

Never in the history of the Republic could Americans, in any sense of the word wonder if their own C in C was a clear and present danger to the Republic. That it even a fair question is indicative of the danger we are in. All the while the Republicans treat the man and his allies as mere political opponents.

Well, one side has made it obvious that they want to destroy Israel, think America is the Great Satan and looks the other way while Syria murders its own people.

The other is Iran.

From the best I can tell, they have an agreement to keep talking for another 6 months while Iran finishes off their first nuclear weapon.

Iran's nuclear program was launched in the 1950s with help of the United States as part of the Atoms for Peace program. Participation of the United States and Western European governments in Iran's nuclear program continued until 1979's Iranian Revolution, toppling the Shah of Iran.
After the 1979 revolution, a clandestine nuclear weapons research program was disbanded by Ayatollah Ruhollah Khomeini (1902–1989), who considered such weapons forbidden under Muslim ethics and jurisprudence. Iran has signed treaties repudiating the possession of weapons of mass destruction including the Biological Weapons Convention,The Chemical Weapons Convention, and the Nuclear Non-Proliferation Treaty (NPT). (No inspections were allowed)
Iran's nuclear program has included:1) several research sites, 2)two uranium mines, 3)a research reactor, and 4)uranium processing facilities that include a.three known uranium enrichment plants.(Sounds like an active nuclear program)
Iran's first nuclear power plant, Bushehr I reactor was completed with major assistance from Russian government agency Rosatom, officially opened on 12 September 2011. Putin, exporting Russian nuclear technology? Now who wodda thunk? Iran has announced that it is working on a new 360 MW nuclear power plant to be located in Darkhovin. The Russian engineering contractor Atomenergoprom said the Bushehr Nuclear Power Plant would reach full capacity by the end of 2012 (VOILA! Already up and running). Iran has also indicated that it will seek more medium-sized nuclear power plants and uranium mines in the future. (read:immediately, folks)
Sounds like an active, "hell-bent-for-leather" nuclear program to this observer.
Iran needs to buy sophisticated weaponry, information technology et al now that their basic elements,i.e., centrifuges and reactors are completed. This six month"breather" president Obama has orchestrated suits Obama (for 2014 elections)while allowing Iran's advancements into full nuclear capability. No other way to twist this data and related UN reports. Israel's future looks pretty bleak. Pray. Amen. Join a Tea Party.

Who is lying is not a real question. The side telling the "truth" is the one run by the highest ranking officer of the Muslim Brotherhood.

Obama and Kerry LYING? Wouldn't be the first time, would it? Are they simply stupid or is there something more sinister? In "real" terms, this is what the Iranians do when they "negotiate." They are masters at delay and diversion. They'll get what they want in the end and, in the process, they will make it really painful for the administration because they are now in a position of weakness and Iran will take full advantage. Meanwhile, the centrifuges will continue to run 24/7 churning out the product that will ultimately destroy the Middle East. The real question is whether the President and Secretary of State are complicit or simply foolish.

Either way, Obama is a "lamb" negotiating with wolves over what's for dinner.

Our leader from behind and his right hand man for all political seasons have ready defenses, if the Iranian version is the truth. The first will claim these "misunderstandings" were merely lost in the translation twixt English and Farsi, while the later will claim he was for it before he was against it.......... or vice versa. And in the end, as we all know, everyyyyyyyyyyything is GWB's fault. And hey, what's all the fuss about a few more nukes among "friends".........

Hey, he lies to us, why shouldn't he lie to you?
The Iranians have got rocks smarter than Kerry; maybe they can't blather as long/well, but they are smarter.

Want the truth about this issue? There surely isn't a single person who reads these pages who believes that a non-nuclear Iran is going to be arrived at through an "agreement" of any kind, shape, or form. Iran will be denied nuclear capability by military force or it will not be denied at all. Thus, we will get military action before a nuclear Iran or horrific military action following a nuclear Iran. That's the plain and simple truth. And the liars on both sides of the issue know that truth.

Obama's only concern is to be out of office when it all hits the fan. What else could a confused cowardly narcissist possibly wish for? There, another truth.

Ordinarily, I'd give the POTUS the benefit of the doubt. But after being lied to so many times in the last five years by Obama and his gang of thieves and criminals, I can no longer do that.

At this stage, though,What difference does it make? It sounds as though there is no agreement, at least none that can pass muster with both the Iranians and the United States Senate.

This country wasn't really ready for a "black" POTUS, were we? They voted for this guy cause he was "cool"....calm...hip and spoke ( lied ) so well. Did they all actually think that he'd not come under a microscope or any scrutiny or...god forbid, responsibility?

Why? Cause if they were...they'd accept the criticisms that come with any administration, wouldn't they? Without having to paint every one who sees the mans incompetence ( and lies )...as racist.

In that respect, his time is a complete failure to those who had high expectations for this guy. And IMO...we'll never see another black POTUS in the near future again. He's worn the country out with his refusal to toss off the "racism' baggage that has kept us divided and given his lack of performance cover. As well as his constant ability to lie with a straight face.

I find it hard to believe that any smart black person could not accept that he is not a god...that he is fallible and he is not without serious flaws.

Should we now thank him in advance for sparing us the same agony in the future?
