One senator, two messages, depending on who he’s talking to.

When he speaks to conservatives, Rubio is tough on border security.

Linking Temporary Status To Security Triggers: No undocumented immigrant is eligible to apply for temporary status until the border security and fencing plan is in place. After being in the temporary status for at least ten years, no currently undocumented immigrant can even attain permanent residence, much less citizenship, unless the border security, employment verification and exit system triggers have been achieved.

But when speaking to a Hispanic audience on Univision, Rubio sounds a completely different tone.

In his own appearance on the Spanish-language Univision network, Mr. Rubio tried to assuage some Hispanics who fear that their legal status will be held hostage to border security. Mr. Rubio said illegal immigrants will get quick legal status and work permits regardless of whether the borders are secure — but won’t be given a full pathway to citizenship until more enforcement is imposed.

“Nobody is talking here about preventing legalization. Legalization will take place,” Mr. Rubio told Univision in an interview scheduled to air Sunday.

“First comes legalization, then comes this border security measure and then comes the permanent residency process. What we are talking about here is the permanent residency system,” Mr. Rubio said. “Regarding legalization, a vast majority of my colleagues have already accepted that: that it must take place and that it must start at the same time we start with what has to do with security. That is not conditional. Legalization is not conditional.”

And there goes what’s left of Marco Rubio’s credibility. All of this should be simple: Those who have respected the law have nothing to fear. Those who have not, have no business making demands of anyone else.

The best word to describe these policy differences Rubio spells out when he talks to different audiences that he obviously assumes will not hear about the message he delivers to the other group is “corrupt.”

It’s corrupt. Down to the core. Also dishonest, and disingenuous, take your pick.

Rubio is a Conservative... except when it comes to fellow Hispanics. Call it skin color or tribalism or whatever, it always comes first. It's why Black Republicans voted for Obama twice.

When questions were raised about Rubio due to his throwing in with McIdiot and Scummy, we were told we weren't being fair and that Rubio was a real deal conservative. I for one am sick and tired of being told that politicians Rubio, Mittens Romney, George Bush, Carl Rove and Linney Graham are conservatives when one and all are big government Republican RINOs. All of them consider themselves elites who need to manage the little people of the world.

Rubio is just another garden-variety lying politician. At least he outed himself early in his career, now we can ignore everything he says...it's all BS.

In these numbers one will find some 11 million illegal aliens already receiving some form of government assistance. With approval of Rubio's Amnesty Bill another $6.3 trillion will be authorized, plus another "unfunded" $4 trillion(est.)
I.Percentage increase in entitlement spending, versus Discretionary spending, from 1992 to 2012:
-Entitlement spending: ………..110.3%
-Discretionary spending: ………..60.0%
Source: Heritage Foundation 2012
II.Percentage Increase in spending of federal “Safety Net” programs and entitlements from 2002 to 2012:
Food Stamps (SNAP & EBT CARDS).……136.5%
Medicare…………………………………….........70.3%
Unemployment Benefits……………………. . 59.9%
Medicaid, CHIP, and Others………………... 46.5%
Social Security…………………………………....35.2%
Income Security Programs…………………. ..31.3%

An inconvenient truth! Not one single MSM source will display this information:
Overall Federal Government Spending Trends
1)Federal spending per household reached $29,691 in 2012, a 29 percent increase (adjusted for inflation) from $23,010 in 2002. The government collected $20,293 per household in taxes in 2012.The excess of spending over taxes produced a budget deficit of $9,398 per household in 2012. THAT's 29% increase in federal spending, while average working joe and jane is getting (if they're lucky) a 2.7% to 3.6% annual wage increase.
2)For every $6.80 the federal government collected in taxes in 2012, it spent $10. Consequently, $3.20 out of every $10 spent was borrowed...with interest payments due on this amount borrowed.
3)Major entitlements (Social Security, Medicare, Medicaid, Children's Health Insurance Program, Obamacare) will increase from 44 percent of federal spending in 2012 to 57 percent in 2022.
4)Entitlement programs and net interest costs will reach 67 percent of federal spending in 2022, crowding out spending on national defense and all other programs.
Remember: illegal aliens over 65 have been collecting social security, authorized by Jimmy Carter (see, they never paid into the system). Now, Rubio's Amensty Bill will flood this sytem with more than 55 million newly minted "Dreamers," Anchor babies and american citizens. OH! And how about those illegal aliens claiming (on Tax Returns) reimbursement for children???The math says it all...Amnesty, no! Deportation, Si! Pray. Amen. Just is unsustainable!!!They argue that newly minted american citizens will eran taxable income...how? They're going to give-up their SNAP, SEC(8), WICS, et al?Not on your sweet patootie! Rubio and "gang of eight" wolves in sheep's clothing!!!

Why is a US Senator more concerned with ten million illegal aliens already here (and ten million waiting for a sweater pot) than he is with the interests of 300 million Americans?
Look, Marco, a plumber is not going to try to fix the leak in your house's pipes until he turns the water off at the street.
These folks have broken US law and Marco wants to reward them.

As a Floridian, I've kept a close ear on Rubio's words and have been disappointed. We know that once illegals are given legal status, the border will not be closed and most certainly their legal status will not be removed. The next step will be for them to apply for citizenship and the ACLU will come to their rescue. All the other rules in the 800 page bill will become null and void.

We told the media that Rubio was speaking out of both sidesof his mouth, depending on the audience, English or Spanish speaking, in October.

NALEO was laughing its ass off over this deception months ago.

And Rubio has always lies about immigration.

I would say better late than never, but in this case, with the looming vote, and half

Look, fellows and gals. We human beings do elect our officials based upon our identities... it is a psychological reality, identity is a core aspect of the human personailty. So... if the Republican party base cannot get beyond prejudice against those with whom they identify, the party is destined to follow the Whigs into history's dustbin. I am certain that Democrat operatives just chortle whenever they read the anti-Rubio comments to these editorials... especially since his plans are far more stringent than anything Ronald Reagan ever proposed. Of course, Ronald actually got elected... and in California. Show me any Republican who could get that accomplished today.

It isn't prejudice. It's about lying, cheating, and stealing. If you wish to identify with these human characteristics, that's your problem. We are not prejudiced. We are abiding by an ethical and personal contract to not destroy other people's communities and trample their values for personal gain.

You're the one expressing racism, here, pal,, and unlike you, I don't use the term lightly.

Rubio was pro-amnesty even when he was in the Florida house, blocking ever bill he could that would do any enforcement. This was never much publicized at the time.

The question is, when will Levin, Limbaugh and Hannity finally man up some and denounce the Frankenstein Monster they helped popularize and get elected?

No, I think Rubio is really a Democrat, who passed himself off as a Tea Party and Republican candidate.

Rubio has ZERO credibility now. I can never vote for him in a primary or general election. I don't care who he is running against.

I thank you for your honesty Bryan. I was getting nervous as I haven't seen you write much on this sovereignty-destroying bill. Will Rush Limbaugh follow Bryan's lead?

It's getting very late for Limbaugh, Levin and Hannity to even lead-from-behind. They just don't seem to be able to detach themselves from his leg.

Another Republican who grows fast on the job to become an establishment puppet. Next year he will be Lindsey Graham light, year after that will grow into McCain II.
The first cup of tea from the Tea Party turns into coffee.
