We’re borrowing from China to deal with bullies on American schoolyards.
The House is expected to approve legislation as early as Monday that would provide grant money to states to fight bullying at schools.
“It is time for us to stand together and stop bullying,” said Rep. Sheila Jackson Lee (D-Texas), the sponsor of the bill. “Everyone deserves to feel safe and free from persecution.
Everyone but Republican candidates and their own families in their own homes, of course. For them, bullying is a Democrat family value.
Democrats have no credibility on the subject of bullying, full stop. Without bullying, they would hardly win any elections.
“Bullying is not just a schoolyard anymore, it is a crisis that’s taking over our nation,” she said.
Yeah, it took over our nation in 2008.
In addition, she noted that cyberbullying makes it easier for bullies to torment people outside of school.
—
“Gone are the days that children can come home and seek solace and escape from their bullies; technological advances have made it easy for young people to be tormented on social networks at any time from any place,” she said. “They are never out of harm’s reach. This needs to end.”
If Lee thinks bullying is bad now, wait until China comes around demanding all its money back.

I’m sure their all going to read this bill and find out where the money is going, not! Let’s see they can create jobs with this bill, any person who is being bullied can hire their own bouncer. Count me in.
I assume calling conservatives “racists” is not bullying, right Ms. Lee?
And the Black Panthers are not bullies, either.
Jackson-Lee is about the last thug you’d want making this case.
Aw come on ya’ll, ya need to get with the program!
I’m sure this bill is actually a tax bill mandating specificpolitically correct behavior. I mean, Chief Betrayer John Roberts has already made it clear that what the government cannot mandate we do – it can instead tax us into oblivion if we don’t.
So, I’m sure Komrade Lee’s bill simply imposes a tax…..or is it penalty (could be a tax, or it could be a penalty as it just depends on how sharp Roberts pencil and eraser are that day as he re-writes the law to make it constitutional) on bullying.
How can ya argue with that level of logic?
Ironic, considering that Sheila Jackson Lee is widely considered to be the worst boss on Capitol Hill:
