This Might Be the Best Chance to Impeach Joe Biden

It's been well established that Democrats were plotting to impeach Trump well before he took office. Sure enough, when they won the majority in the House, they wasted little time preparing to impeach him.

While there was always a part of me that looked forward to Republicans getting their revenge, I never wanted them to weaponize impeachment the way the Democrats did. And sure enough, they've taken a slower, more methodical approach to their investigations of Joe Biden, treating the power of impeachment far more seriously than Democrats ever did.

Yet despite all the evidence of corruption they've found, the mainstream media has refused to acknowledge the damning evidence. We've seen countless articles claiming that there's no evidence supporting Biden's impeachment — as if all the sworn testimonies, bank records, emails, phone calls, videos, photos, text messages, and even White House visitor logs that prove Biden's corruption simply didn't exist.

Between the Republicans' extremely slim majority in the House and the unfortunate number of gutless members of their caucus, impeaching Joe Biden for his years of corruption seems unlikely, but this past week, he handed them a new impeachable offense on a silver platter when he denied congressionally approved military aid to Israel in a blatant move to appease the pro-Palestinian antisemites in the Democratic Party who have been threatening to not vote for him in November.

On Friday, U.S. Rep. Cory Mills (R-Fla.) submitted one article of impeachment against President Joe Biden.

Mills' article of impeachment states that "Using the powers of his high office, President Biden solicited a 'quid pro quo' with the foreign government of Israel by withholding precision guided weapons shipments in order to try and extract military policy changes."

"President Biden sought to pressure the Government of Israel to take steps by conditioning official United States Government acts of significant value to Israel," the article of impeachment reads. "After initial reports surfaced, President Biden confirmed them and openly stated 'I made it clear that if they go into Rafah — they haven't gone in Rafah yet — if they go into Rafah, I'm not supplying the weapons that have been used historically to deal with Rafah, to deal with the cities — that deal with that problem.'"

"In doing so, President Biden used the powers of the Presidency in a manner that compromised the national security of the United States and its ally Israel. He thus ignored and injured the interests of the nation," Mills continues. "Wherefore President Biden, by such conduct, thus warrants impeachment and trial, removal from office, and disqualification to hold and enjoy any office of honor, trust, or profit under the United States."

As PJ Media previously reported, in 2019, Biden argued that such a 'quid pro quo' 'must' lead to impeachment.

Is there a legitimate opening for Biden to be impeached here? For what it's worth, even Democrats have been blasting his decision to withhold aid from Israel.

"More than two dozen House Democrats led by Rep. Josh Gottheimer told national security adviser Jake Sullivan on Friday they were 'deeply concerned' about President Biden’s decision to withhold military aid from Israel," reports the New York Post.

Gottheimer (D-NJ) and 25 of his fellow lawmakers wrote in a letter to Sullivan obtained by The Post that “withholding weapons shipments to Israel … only emboldens our mutual enemies, including Hamas, Hezbollah, the Houthis, and other Iranian-backed proxies.”

“Seven months after October 7, the deadliest day for the Jewish people since the end of the Holocaust, Iranian-backed terrorist proxies continue to fire rockets and mortars into Israel and at Americans from all directions,” they wrote. “At the same time, antisemitism is spreading globally like wildfire.”

While there's little reason to believe that Democrats would vote to impeach him, it could signal to the wobbly Republicans that there's legitimate cause to impeach him in this instance.

Joe Biden deserves to be impeached for his crimes, and if enough Democrats are angry over his betrayal of Israel, maybe enough Republicans will grow a spine and do the right thing.
