Responding to the one question he is guaranteed to be asked in every interview of his new campaign to become a United States senator from Arizona, former Maricopa County Sheriff Joe Arpaio made it clear that his position on Barack Obama’s birth certificate hasn’t changed.

I know that there are a lot of people out there who still like Arpaio, but I talked to some of my conservative friends in my native Arizona about this and they aren’t too thrilled to have the octogenarian who lost his last election in this race. Maybe they should be. His entrance has pushed Martha McSally ahead of Kelly Ward in the polls, and will probably continue to do so. Here is more about that from the Wednesday edition of PJ Media’s Hot Mic live blog.

Have to say one thing about this video, Arpaio looks plenty rested and ready for a fight.
