Video Footage of the Devastation in Puerto Rico

Dead horses lie on the side of the road after the passing of Hurricane Maria, in Toa Baja, Puerto Rico, Friday, September 22, 2017. Because of the heavy rains brought by Maria, thousands of people were evacuated from Toa Baja after the municipal government opened the gates of the Rio La Plata Dam. (AP Photo/Carlos Giusti)

After being in the pathway of two major hurricanes back to back, Puerto Rico is devastated. Reports suggest that 100 percent of the population was without power after either Hurricane Irma or Maria, and this raw video footage seems horrible. Whole agricultural fields leveled, livestock killed, trees downed, and people scrambling for sustenance and potable water. Our thoughts and prayers go out to the 3.4 million people who live in this U.S. territory.
