CNN's Acosta: Trump's Admin Bashes 'the Muslims, the Mexicans, and the Media'

At today’s White House press briefing, CNN’s Jim Acosta had an unprecedented and remarkable encounter with President Trump’s special advisor, Steve Miller. Miller essentially called him a racist and said he was “ignorant.” Possibly as retribution, Acosta told Wolf Blitzer, “The White House has an unhealthy fixation on what I call the three M’s: the Muslims, the Mexicans, and the media. Their politics tend to be centered around bashing one of those three groups, and we see it time and time again. Today, on immigration, what the White House is essentially saying, with a wink and a dog whistle to these battle states they won, is immigration is taking your jobs. […] I just thought that was an odd moment. It was a poor argument.”
