The U.S. Secretary of State, Rex Tillerson, addressed the North Korean people in his press conference today. He said that, “we are not your enemy.” This statement comes after the Kim Jong-un regime has tested intercontinental nuclear weaponry that might have the capability to hit several American cities. So, if they’re not our enemy, it doesn’t seem like they got the memo.
