Government Ethics Chief: Trump Appears to Be 'Profiting' From His Position

Walter Shaub is resigning as the head of the Government Ethics Office, but not without criticizing President Trump first. He said that it appears the Trump family is “profiting from his occupying the presidency.” And he also said that “appearance matters as much as reality.” Does it though?
