Neal Katyal, the attorney representing Hawaii, the state that is suing President Trump to stop his Islam-centric travel ban, just admitted in court that the travel ban is constitutional. But not for Trump. He said we have to focus on President Trump’s anti-Islam statements to derive the intent of this executive order, rather than the text itself. He even delved into history, mentioning that other presidents have acted similarly but without criticizing Islamic radicalization and terrorism. This is a pretty crazy thing for this attorney to concede!
