Director of National Intelligence Says the Evidence of a Russian WikiLeaks Connection 'Is Not Strong'

He said that the evidence “is not strong.” This really disputes the notion that many of the talking heads are suggesting, that Russia was the only hostile actor in this election. This testimony actually bolsters Donald Trump’s point a little bit.
