The former California governor, Arnold Schwarzenegger, says he is very concerned about the gerrymandering of congressional districts. He says Cawl-eee-forn-ya has solved the problem by regulating who can draw the districts. So, sure we struck a deal for fairness, but we did so by giving up on our democratic system.
