Gary Johnson: 'Obviously the FBI Didn't Do This Lightly'

The FBI has reopened its investigation into Hillary Clinton’s email misconduct. And Libertarian candidate Gary Johnson says they wouldn’t have done this 11 days before the election lightly. He thinks they must have something big.
