George W. Bush: Russians Trying to Turn 'Americans Against Each Other'
Even many liberals are admitting that they wish George W. Bush was our President now. He, today, said something which Donald Trump has had trouble admitting-- that the Russians influenced our election and have appealed to Americans' lowest inclinations. In an address to his eponymous institute, Bush said-- "America has experienced a sustained attempt by a hostile power to feed and exploit our country's divisions. According to intelligence services, the Russian government has made a project of turning Americans against each other. This effort is broad, systemic, and stealthy. It is conducted across a range of social media platforms. Ultimately this assault won't succeed. But foreign aggressions, including cyberattacks, disinformation, and financial influence, should never be downplayed or tolerated."
Tough words! Maybe President Trump will learn a thing or two about how to be a successful Republican president...?
