White House Trolls Desperate Democrats Complaining the President Is [Checks Notes] Too Tall
The White House Twitter account is getting more and more entertaining by the minute. Check out this latest tweet scalding Congressman Hank Johnson (D-Ga.) for criticizing the president for being tall.
Johnson, you might recall, is the same Hank Johnson who once worried publicly that the island of Guam would tip over due to overcrowding. No, really. That happened.
Johnson's most recent concerns are that Trump got a bigger chair than the Ukrainian president at the UN and that he towers over him physically.
"That brings to mind the picture of President Trump and President Zelinsky meeting in New York in September at the UN, and a big chair for President Trump, a little chair for president Zelinsky, big six-foot-four President Trump, five-foot-eleven President Zelinsky."
This is the state of the Democrat Party. The White House Twitter response was perfect. "JUST IN: Democrats want to impeach the President for [checks notes] being too tall."
Video of the September meeting between Trump and Zelensky appears to show the two men sitting in the exact same chairs. If anything, Zelensky's chair looks bigger due to his smaller stature. Perhaps that's what Johnson meant.
